Privacy Policy

Juicyplans is a personal planning app maintained by Aiyana Brown. We collect only what we need to run the app for you, we don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it to serve ads. If you ever want your data removed, email abrown254@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.

This page is written in plain English by the app owner. It is not legal advice.

"Juicyplans," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Aiyana Brown, the individual who owns and operates the Juicyplans application at juicyplans.com. For any privacy question, request, or complaint, contact us at abrown254@gmail.com.

• Account information — your name, email, and (if you use Google sign-in) the basic profile Google shares with us.
• Content you create — calendar events, mood and energy entries, canvases, checklists, vault notes, pet profiles, partner-sync links, and any other data you enter or upload.
• Device and usage information — browser type, time zone, and basic diagnostic logs used to keep the app working. Approximate location is used only when you enable features that need it (weather, commute, walks).
• AI inputs — the text, voice transcripts, and images you send to the AI coach or vision-capture features.

• To run the app and sync your data across your devices.
• To power the AI coach, vision capture, weather, and commute features.
• To enable optional partner sync when you invite someone.
• To keep the service secure, debug problems, and improve reliability.

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not run third-party ads inside the app.

To operate the app we rely on a small set of trusted providers. Each only receives what it needs to do its job.

• Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, sign-in, and file storage.
• Google — Google Sign-In (only if you choose it).
• Lovable AI Gateway / Google Gemini — powers the AI coach and vision-based document capture.
• Open-Meteo — weather forecasts. Receives a coordinate, not your account.
• TMDB — movie and show lookups. Receives a search query, not your account.
• OSRM & Nominatim — routing and address lookups. Receive coordinates or an address string, not your account.

When you use the AI coach or vision capture, the text, audio, or image you provide is sent to our AI provider so it can generate a response. We instruct providers not to use your content to train their models. AI outputs can be inaccurate — please double-check anything important before acting on it.

Depending on where you live, you have some or all of the rights below. To exercise any of them, email abrown254@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

EU / UK (GDPR)

• Access, correction, deletion, and portability of your data.
• Restriction of, or objection to, certain processing.
• Withdrawal of consent at any time.
• The right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California (CCPA / CPRA)

• The right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it.
• The right to delete and to correct your personal information.
• The right to limit the use of any sensitive personal information.
• The right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

Canada (PIPEDA)

• Access to, and correction of, the personal information we hold about you.
• The right to file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your data from our live systems promptly and it ages out of routine backups on a rolling schedule.

Data is encrypted in transit, protected by row-level security in our database, and access is limited to the people and systems that need it. No online service can promise perfect security, but we work hard to protect what you trust us with.

Juicyplans isn't intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your information may be stored and processed in the United States, the European Union, or other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

When we make meaningful changes we'll update the effective date at the top of this page and let you know inside the app. Continued use of Juicyplans after the change means you accept the updated policy.
