Terms & Conditions

Effective October 1, 2026

Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Aiyana Brown, who operates Juicyplans ("Juicyplans," "we," "us"), on the web at juicyplans.com and in the iOS app. By creating an account or using Juicyplans, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Written in plain English by the app owner. It is not legal advice.

Your account

  • You must be at least 13 (16 in the EEA and UK) to use Juicyplans.
  • Give accurate sign-up details and keep your password private.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think it has been misused.

Your content

You own everything you add — events, notes, photos, plants, pets, bills, vision boards, and more. You give us a limited license to store, process, and display that content only so we can run the app for you (for example syncing across devices or sending it to the AI coach when you ask). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies that age out of routine backups.

When you share something — an invitation, registry, or partner link — the people you share it with can see it. Only share what you're comfortable sharing.

AI coach and suggestions

JP, vendor scouting, meal ideas, care reminders, weather picks, and other suggestions are planning tools. They can be wrong or out of date. They are not medical, veterinary, legal, financial, or safety advice. Always confirm important details (prices, addresses, dosages, due dates) yourself before acting on them.

Acceptable use

  • Don't use Juicyplans for anything illegal, harmful, harassing, or deceptive.
  • Don't upload content you don't have the right to share.
  • Don't try to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or get around the app's security.
  • Don't use the app to send spam or collect other people's data.

Third-party services

Some features link to or use outside services (maps, rides, weather, movies, stores, vendors). Those services have their own terms, and we aren't responsible for them or for bookings and purchases you make through them.

Apple App Store terms

If you downloaded Juicyplans from the Apple App Store:

  • These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
  • Your use is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) and the App Store usage rules.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
  • If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of any purchase price; to the extent allowed by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
  • Apple is not responsible for handling claims about the app, including product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual-property claims.
  • You confirm you are not in a country under a U.S. government embargo and are not on any U.S. government restricted-party list.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Deleting your account

You can stop using Juicyplans at any time. To delete your account and data, email abrown254@gmail.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk.

Disclaimers and liability

Juicyplans is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, missed appointments or payments, or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you have actually paid us in the past 12 months, or $0 if you have used Juicyplans for free. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we make meaningful changes we'll update the effective date and let you know in the app. Continuing to use Juicyplans afterward means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
